Saint Stanislaus College is continually searching for faculty and staff members to assist in its mission of providing a holistic formation of its young people.

    Faculty Employment Opportunities

We actively seek those candidates for employment at both the junior and senior high levels who are competent in their subject area(s), and who are open to continual personal, professional, and spiritual growth. Further, we seek candidates who believe in the basic goodness of young people and who are willing to be available to young people in class, at appropriate times and in appropriate ways outside of class, and through extracurricular activities and athletics. We are also seeking persons who have similar dispositions to serve as prefects or assistant prefects in our residency department.

We strive to create an environment around young people that they can completely trust and one that fosters academic excellence. We believe this happens most effectively in a caring but disciplined faith community. To achieve this type of community we intentionally seek to integrate Catholic tradition and the charism of the Brothers of the Sacred Heart. Our ultimate objective is to form young people in faith, character and values so that they can participate generously in the building of a more Christian nation and world.

To attract such professionals able and willing to provide instruction, formation and witness to young people, we have a competitive professional compensation plan and benefits commensurate with degrees and experience. This compensation plan rewards those who excel in furthering the school’s mission and those who have been faithful and loyal to that mission over time.

Anyone who may be interested in applying for a faculty job at St. Stanislaus can download a copy of the Saint Stanislaus College Faculty Employment Application from this website. We are always eager to receive applications from qualified and dedicated professionals. For more information, please contact Mr. Blackburn at 228-467-9057, Ext. 246 or
