Please stand for our morning prayer.
We remember that we are in the presence of God.
Let us pray together as a school community in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Lord, today we come to you with a thankful heart to have another day to do your will. There are a number of different paths and directions that we might go today, so we need your Spirit to help direct us on the paths that will fulfill your will and give you glory. Help us to have a thankful heart even when the path is rough; and please help us keep a thankful heart when the path is smooth so that we don’t forget who has made it so. Amen.
We ask all these things in Jesus’ name. Amen.
In the name of the Father, and the of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Saint Stanislaus, pray for us.
Will everyone please join me as we recite together the Pledge of Allegiance.
“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under god, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”
Please remain standing until the dress and grooming check have been completed.
Congratulations to the St. Stanislaus sailing team for their fine performance this weekend. Quote of the Day
Today’s words of wisdom come from Christian author C.S. Lewis, who once quipped, “Aim at heaven and you get earth thrown in; aim at earth and you get neither.”
Thanks for your attention. Ametur Cor Jesu!
