Please stand for our morning prayer.
We remember that we are in the presence of God.
Let us pray together as a school community in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Holy Spirit, you give gifts of knowledge and understanding. Keep me calm during today’s semester exams. Help my memory, that I may remember what I learned and recall it clearly. Guide me during testing periods and strengthen me against any temptation to cheat or to take lightly what I have been taught.
We ask all these things in Jesus’ name. Amen.
In the name of the Father, and the of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Saint Stanislaus, pray for us.
Will everyone please join me as we recite together the Pledge of Allegiance.
“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under god, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”
Please remain standing until the dress and grooming check have been completed.
Today you will continue final exams with your 4th/5th period exam from 8:30 -10:00 AM followed by the Senior Farewell Prayer Service from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. After the prayer service there will be a twenty-five minute break. Snacks will be on sale in the Library until 11:25. Your 8th period exam will be from 11:30 until 1:00 PM. School will dismiss at 1:00 PM and buses will leave at 3:00 PM. Students who have to stay at school until bus departure are asked to remain in a specific area of the school, such as the Resource Center, for supervision purposes.
8th Grade Promotion
Attention 8th graders. Please remember that your 8th Grade Promotion Rehearsal will take place today from 1:30 until 3:00 PM in the small room of the College Cafe. Questions regarding this should be directed to Mrs. Estrade.
The lunch for today is beef stroganoff; or BBQ chicken on bun; or tuna salad.
Today is the birthday of senior Cahill Marlowe. Happy birthday Cahill! Have a great day.
Quote of the Day
The Quote of the Day today comes from Pope St. Gregory the Great, who believed that, “The proof of love is in the works. Where love exists, it works great things. But when it ceases to act, it ceases to exist.”
Thanks for your attention. Ametur Cor Jesu!
