St. Stanislaus launches first website

In 1998, SSC computer science instructor Mr. Bill Jennings put SSC on the world wide web at ststan.com. The website, under the direction of Brother Charles Schilling since 1999, has expanded to include many features of SSC including daily news with colorful photos, weekly cafeteria menus, daily homework assignments, and a monthly calendar of events.

Technology Takes Center Stage

With Saint Stanislaus’s new phone system, which allowed more than 50 extensions and a T-1 internet line, all teachers and prefects had access to voicemail and email. Now parents anywhere, including those of international students, could communicate with their children much easier. Every classroom had internet capabilities to enhance learning possibilities.
