College Readiness
“The future starts today, not tomorrow.”
– Pope John Paul II
Where Do You Want to Go? What Do You Want to Do?
The sky is the limit for graduates of Saint Stanislaus. We prepare our students for the future. We prepare our graduates to be successful in college. We build their character, instill a strong work ethic, strengthen decision-making skills, and help develop their moral compass. Life at Saint Stanislaus is more than about preparing for college, it is about preparing young men to succeed.
Our college counselor begins the college selection and admissions process upon a student’s entry into high school. The preliminary discussion begins with setting goals and objectives. What employment ideas do you want to pursue? What college(s) do you want to attend? After setting goals and objectives, we begin helping students prepare for the college entrance exam and, the ACT, and we look at financial aid/scholarship options. Upon reaching the final two years at Saint Stanislaus, we begin the application process and help him make decisions.

“Character is higher than intellect. A great soul will be strong to live as well as strong to think.”
– Ralph Waldo Emerson
While preparing our young men for the future is one of our top priorities, we place an emphasis on our community. The Rock-A-Chaw spirit is something that our graduates will carry with them for the rest of their lives. Since our inception in 1854, we have graduated more than 6,200 students. These men have gone on to be successful in various occupations, have had successful family lives, and have contributed to the school and their local communities. The Rock-A-Chaw spirit carries on with each graduating class.
