Step 1

Request Information / Join Our Mailing List

We invite all prospective students who wish to receive admissions materials and be added to our mailing list to submit this form. Those on our mailing list will receive invitations to events as well as email news and updates about the application process and about our school. 


Step 2

Schedule Your Admission Interview & Tour

We want you to see firsthand the Saint Stanislaus educational experience.  Come visit scenic Bay St. Louis and our waterfront campus and meet the amazing group of educators and students who make Saint Stanislaus a special place.  If you are unable to visit us, we can schedule an off-campus interview.  Simply complete the online application, and we will send you instruction on how to set up the off-campus interview using Skype.

Step 3

complete an online Application

Apply using our online application. There is a $100.00 application fee. Once you have submitted the application, please contact Mrs. Lauren Lafontaine in the Saint Stanislaus Finance Office (228-467-9057 x 230) to handle payment of the fee. Parents will also need to complete the Release of Information Form.


Step 4

ENTERING 7TH& 8TH GRADE DAY STUDENTS

Admissions Testing 

The admissions test is used to provide an overview of the student’s academic abilities. This standardized test is scheduled for a Saturday morning in late January each year.


Step 5

Admission Decision

Decision 

The admissions committee meets to review your completed application and make an admission decision.  After their review, you will be notified with the admission decision.

Registration 

Step 6

Upon acceptance you will receive an acceptance packet in the mail. The packet will contain financial information as well as specific documents and forms needed to register for school. Registration is complete once the registration fee has been collected and all appropriate documentation is on file.

Facts Tuition Account

All incoming students must establish a FACTS account. FACTS serves more than three million students and families at over 11,500 school and manages $9 billion in tuition funds annually. Saint Stanislaus uses FACTS to manage student tuition accounts. FACTS Tuition Account


Step 7

Financial Aid

Thanks to the generosity of many alumni and friends of Saint Stanislaus who never want finances to prevent a student from attending our school, need-based financial assistance is available.  Families become eligible to apply only after paying the non-refundable registration fee. We encourage any family who may need assistance to apply for financial aid. Learn more about financial aid.

START OF SCHOOL ENROLLMENT FORMS

Before the start of school, students will need to complete and submit the following forms: 


Important Dates

  • January 18, 2020 — Admission test for grade day 7-8
  • March 1, 2020 — Recommended date for application submission
  • March 31, 2020 — Deadline for early bird registration — Registration fee increases from $300 to $450

Please note: Priority in the admission process is given to those who complete the entire application process by the March 1st. We highly encourage interested candidates to complete the application prior to March 1st

Jeremy Clark ’98 received A Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Southern Mississippi in 2009. In 2006, he returned to his alma mater, Saint Stanislaus, and served in several leadership positions before being appointed as Admissions Director in 2019.
