Please stand for our morning prayer

We remember that we are in the presence of God.

Let us pray together as a school community in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

Loving and Merciful God, we humbly come before you on behalf of the people of Haiti

who are being brutalized and terrorized by armed gangs roaming the streets, and especially on behalf of our Brother-schools in Port-au-Prince. Touch the hearts and enlighten the minds

of all those who perpetrate such heinous acts, that they may come to recognize and reverence

the dignity of each and every person and treat them as their brothers and sisters. Free all those who are being unjustly held captive, especially our Brothers and Partner in Mission who were kidnapped. Loving God, make us men and women after your own Sacred Heart.

In Jesus’ name, we pray.   Amen.

St. Stanislaus, pray for us.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

Will everyone please join me as we recite together the Pledge of Allegiance.

“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands,  one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”

Please remain standing until the dress and grooming check have been completed. Teachers, please make sure cell phones are turned in.

Quote of the Day

The quote of the day comes from Pro-Life advocate St. Gianna Molla –“The secret of happiness is to live moment by moment and to thank God for all that He, in His goodness, sends to us day after day.”

Thanks for your attention. Ametur Cor Jesu!
