Please stand for our morning prayer.
We remember that we are in the presence of God.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Dear Lord, today we pray for those serving in the military.
Thank you for all those who serve to protect us as well as for the most precious gift of freedom. We ask your special blessing upon all the members of our Armed Forces, especially those who are serving away from their families, in foreign lands, and in the midst of conflict. Give wisdom to those who lead our nation and all nations of the world, that violence and war may give way to peace and justice. Comfort all those who have lost loved ones in war and fill us all with the peace that only you can give.
We pray all these things in Jesus’ name.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Saint Stanislaus, pray for us.
Will everyone please join me as we recite together the Pledge of Allegiance.
“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”

Quote of the Day
Today’s words of wisdom come from author and businesswoman, Sarah Jakes Roberts, who said, “Being kind to everyone costs you nothing. Being rude to the wrong person could cost you everything. Be careful how you treat people; especially the ones you think you don’t need.’
