Please stand for our morning prayer

We remember that we are in the presence of God.

Let us pray together as a school community in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

Lord, help me know your will for me
Let your light shine in the depths of my heart
that I may know what you want me to do with my life.
Help me believe that you have a special plan for me.
Lord, I know I pass through this life only once;
help me decide how you want me to make a difference.
Like our Blessed Mother, give me the wisdom to hear your voice
and the courage to answer your call.
Above all give me peace of mind and heart.
I offer this prayer in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.

We ask all these things in Jesus’ name.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Saint Stanislaus, pray for us.

Will everyone please join me as we recite together the Pledge of Allegiance.

Rock Workshop
Rock Workshop will be held tomorrow between 2nd and 3rd period. Please check the rosters in the resource center for your room number..

8th Grade/Rock Workshop
Attention 8th Graders – For tomorrow’s Rock Workshop you will be taking the Mississippi Council of Mathematics Teachers Competition Test in your Rock Workshop room. Please bring pencils and a calculator.

Athletic Results
Congratulations to the Varsity Soccer Rocks for their thrilling 2 – 1 victory over Richland on Saturday in round two of the State 4A Playoffs. Goals were scored by Austin Schruff and Brandon Elkins, who ended the game with a PK in the first five-minute Golden Goal period. Great defense by Brandon, Ethan Jacobi, and Tanner Reineke. Tyler Necaise was outstanding in the goal. The Rocks head to Florence tomorrow night at 6 pm for the South State Championship.

Congratulations to the St. Stanislaus Sailing Team for their fine performance at the Super Bowl Regatta held at Bay Waveland Yacht Club this weekend. The team took home all the trophies in the 420 division. Joel Grumme and Evan Garrison took 1st place; William Diaz, Robert Cabell, Jack Mullins, and Ruston Breisacher took 2nd Place; and Jeremy Reddoch and Logan Boyanton took 3rd. Also sailing were: John Andre, Lane Burroughs, Alexandra Bujan, and William Ascherl. Wind conditions were brutal on Saturday, making it particularly difficult to keep the boats upright. Special mention to William Diaz for helping another team recover their overturned boat and sailing their skipper in to safety. Great job Sailing Rocks!

Klagetoh Meeting
Klagetoh Easter team members! Just a reminder that you will have your first formation meeting today during 5th lunch period. Grab your lunch to-go and meet in Mrs. Boudreaux’s classroom.

Quiz Bowl
SSC will host Quiz Bowl competition today at 5:30 PM.

Seniors
Attention Seniors: Please check your school email accounts for scholarship information from the Guidance Office. If you have any questions or would like additional information and/or application materials, see Ms. Mancevski.

National Honor Societies
Attention all National Junior Honor Society and National Honor Society Members, there will be a mandatory meeting during the last fifteen minutes of lunch in the small cafe tomorrow. Please see Ms. Taylor with any questions.

Boys’ State
Any junior interested in attending Mississippi Boys’ State needs to see Mr. Blackburn.
