Morning Announcements

Thursday, August 8, 2019

Please stand for our morning prayer.

We remember that we are in the presence of God.

Let us pray together as a school community in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.  Amen.

Thank you, Lord, for a new year and a fresh semester.  This week, we are getting new classes, teachers, friends and also a clean slate with our grades.  So many things are out of our control, but you have given us an amazing semester full of hope ! Please look kindly on these prayers we say at the start of every day.  Your Son taught us that you do not mind how big or how small the prayer is; you just hope for us to turn our thoughts to you. Bless us as we begin this new school year, through our highs and lows, our successes and hardships.

We ask all these things in Jesus’ name.   Amen.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

Saint Stanislaus, pray for us.

Will everyone please join me as we recite together the Pledge of Allegiance.

“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”

Please remain standing until the dress and grooming check have been completed.

First Day Report

Teachers please remember today you will send a First Day Report, for every class, to Mrs. Farrior in the  Resource Center. Do not put them on your door,. Again please send your report to the Resource Center.

Quote of the Day

The Quote of the Day today comes from author C.S. Lewis, who observed that, “Holiness is irresistible. If even ten percent of the world’s population had it, the whole world would be converted and happy before the year’s end.”

Thanks for your attention. Ametur Cor Jesu!
