Please stand for our morning prayer

We remember that we are in the presence of God.

Let us pray together as a school community in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

Heavenly Father, you are our pastor. You have given us earthly pastors to reflect your care for us, particularly for our spiritual needs. One of the purposes of Catholic schools is to give us the tools to build up our parishes. Fill us with the desire to become involved in our parish and even to be a youth leader and source of energy and support to our pastor. Amen.

St. Stanislaus, pray for us.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

Will everyone please join me as we recite together the Pledge of Allegiance.

“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands,  one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”

Please remain standing until the dress and grooming check have been completed. Teachers, please make sure cell phones are turned in.

Congratulations to juniors Ethan Cuevas and Rylan Fairley who have been nominated to attend the Trent Lott Institute Pathways to Leadership Workshop in March.  We are proud to have them represent SSC!

US Navy Recruiter

Anyone interested in playing Madden or Rocket League for the Spring season should meet in the Esports room today after school.

The lunch for today is: grilled chicken sandwich with chips; or roasted pork loin with potatoes.

Today is the birthday of 7th grader Harry Bishop. Happy birthday Harry! Have a great day!

Quote of the Day

February is Black History month and this month our quote of the day will pay homage to Black History.

The quote of the day comes from Civil Rights Pioneer Rosa Parks, who said, “I believe we are here on the planet Earth to live, grow up and do what we can to make this world a better place for all people.”

Thanks for your attention. Ametur Cor Jesu!
