Due to having Mass this morning these announcements will be read before 7th period

Athletic Events
The varsity basketball team will travel to South Pike high school today for the first round of the State 4A playoffs. Game time is 6:00 PM.

Awards Convocation
The junior high and high school Soccer Awards Convocation will be tonight at 7:00 PM in the College Cafe. Please wear a shirt and tie and appropriate shoes and socks.

Mu Alpha Theta
All Mu Alpha Theta members are reminded to come by Mr. Roy’s classroom on Wednesday morning at 7:25 AM or in the afternoon at 3:35 PM to take their final Log I test for this year. Please contact Mr. Roy with your testing time preference by the end of school today.

Student Legislature
There will be a meeting for any student in grades 7-9 who are interested in Mississippi Junior Youth Assembly, this Wednesday immediately following dismissal in room 253. If you have questions see Mr. McGill.

Quiz Bowl Results
Hosted by St. Pat’s and Biloxi High School, the quiz bowl team swept all three rounds last night and won the lightning round. The MVP was Wallace St. Paul with 160 points. Great job, Wallace, Houston, Bob, and Hugh!

Attendance Form
If you will be needing an attendance form for obtaining your drivers’ license, please see Mrs. Richoux before noon on Thursday.

Bake Sale
National honor society and junior honor society will host a bake sale this Thursday in DiBoll plaza during both lunches to benefit the spring Klagetoh mission trip. Please stop by at lunch on Thursday to support this good cause

Activities
Please check the Activities Board for upcoming events.

Soothies
Smoothies will be available in the cafeteria tomorrow during both lunch periods. The cost is $1.50 each.

Character of the Day
The Character award today goes to Richard Niolet, Jeremy Mares, Brance Stroud, Justin Mares, and Preston Childs for assisting Mrs. Lawson in moving pieces of pottery to the display case. Thank you, you are all gentlemen and scholars.
