Please stand for our morning prayer.
We remember that we are in the presence of God.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Loving Father, help me to do well in my classes today. Help me to concentrate and focus on my work. Help me to do the best I can in my assignments and in class participation. Help me to remember the needs of others through my actions and words, and finally, help me to remember you throughout my day so I can thank you for giving me one more day to live.
We ask all of these things in Jesus’ name.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Saint Stanislaus, pray for us.
Will everyone please join me as we recite together the Pledge of Allegiance.
“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”

Feast of St. Stanislaus Week
We are continuing to collect non-perishable food items in our first period classes. Please donate what you can and don’t forget that this is a competition for who contributes the most. The contest ends next Tuesday.
As part of the Feast of Saint Stanislaus, we will celebrate Wayback Wednesday tomorrow. You may wear pink and green shirts, if you have pink or green pants, you may wear those. If not, wear your uniform pants. And if you are participating in the dress day, you may also wear tennis shoes.
As part of our ongoing service projects, we are asking for donations of new pairs of socks to be distributed to those in need at Kings Kitchen. These should be brought in tomorrow. Please donate what you can.
Since Hurricane Zeta interrupted our competition for the spirit stick, the Student council will award the spirit stick this Friday to the class who has had the most participation in the dress up days from spirit week and this week, and also the most participation in the service opportunities this week. Good luck and may the most active and spirited grade win!
The Saint Stanislaus Bookstore is now taking pre-orders for approved SSC outerwear jackets. Stop by the bookstore before or after school, or see Mr. Clark or Mr. Cobb to order yours today.
Students, please check the Activities Board for upcoming activities and volunteer opportunities.
The lunch for today is: sweet and sour pork with potstickers; or hamburgers with chips.
Today is the birthday of 9th grader Bobby Creely. Happy birthday Bobby! Have a great day!
Quote of the Day
The Quote of the Day, today, comes from Albert Einstein, who once said: “Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value.”
Teachers please take this time to check attendance in PowerSchool and do the dress and grooming check.
Thanks for your attention. Ametur Cor Jesu!
