Morning Announcements
Thursday, December 12, 2018

Please stand for our morning prayer.

We remember that we are in the presence of God.

Let us pray together as a school community in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

God our Father, surely you could keep a lot more on your mind than the thought of me. Yet you were clear enough in your priorities and you care enough about our needs that you took the time to launch a centuries-long plan of salvation. You knew our cry for help, and you came to rescue us by sending your one and only Son into the world as a helpless baby born to a poor carpenter and his young wife. You are knocking on the door of our hearts. Help us to let you in and to understand that you would love to be born in us.
We ask all these things in Jesus’ name. Amen.

In the name of the Father, and the of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Saint Stanislaus, pray for us.

Will everyone please join me as we recite together the Pledge of Allegiance.

“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”

Please remain standing until the dress and grooming check have been completed.

Quote of the Day
Today’s words of wisdom come from Ronald Reagan, our nation’s 40th president known as the “Great Communicator.” He said: “There are no easy answers, but there are simple answers. We must have the courage to do what we know is morally right.” He also said, “We can’t help everyone, but everyone can help someone.”

Thanks for your attention. Ametur Cor Jesu!
