Morning Announcements
Thursday, December 20, 2018

Please stand for our morning prayer.

We remember that we are in the presence of God.

Let us pray together as a school community in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

On this final day of the semester, we ask for a Christmas Blessing:
Loving Father, grant us the light of Christmas,
which is faith;
the warmth of Christmas,
which is pure love;
the righteousness of Christmas,
which is justice for the poor;
the meaning of Christmas,
which is your presence in our daily life;
and the totality of Christmas,
which is Jesus Christ and the good news of his coming.

We ask all these things in Jesus’ name. Amen.

In the name of the Father, and the of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Saint Stanislaus, pray for us.

Will everyone please join me as we recite together the Pledge of Allegiance.

“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”

Please remain standing until the dress and grooming check have been completed.

Quote of the Day
Today’s words of wisdom come from the Book of Isaiah, Chapter 9, verse 6 which says, “For a child is born to us, A son is given to us; And the government Is upon His shoulder; And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.”

Thanks for your attention. Ametur Cor Jesu!
