Please stand for our morning prayer.
We remember that we are in the presence of God.
Let us pray together as a school community in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
As Thanksgiving approaches, we continue to look beyond our own needs to pray for those much less fortunate than we are. Today we turn our hearts to the homeless, especially those we have met at King’s Kitchen. Give shelter, O Lord, to families who are homeless and give us the compassion and knowledge to help others in their search for shelter. Protect from violence and disease those who live in unsafe and unhealthy housing. And help us to be increasingly grateful for our homes that make comfort and joy a daily reality for our families.
We ask all these things in Jesus’ name.
In the name of the Father, and the of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Saint Stanislaus, pray for us.
Will everyone please join me as we recite together the Pledge of Allegiance.
“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”
Please remain standing until the dress and grooming check have been completed.
Tonight the 7th and 8th grade basketball teams will play at home against Vancleave at 4:30 and 5:30 PM.
The junior high soccer team will also play at home against Hancock at 7:00 PM.

Quote of the Day
The Quote of the Day today comes from Aristotle, who understood the concept of grit over 2300 years ago: “I count him braver who overcomes his desires than him who conquers his enemies; for the hardest victory is over self.”
Thanks for your attention. Ametur Cor Jesu!
