Morning Announcements
Thursday, September 20, 2018

Please stand for our morning prayer

We remember that we are in the presence of God

Let us pray together as a school community in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen

Today we pray for those being persecuted for their faith, especially in the Middle East.
Lord, strengthen your people who are suffering violence and threat for their faith. Shield them so that they can follow you and worship in peace. Change the hearts of those who believe force and terror can build a better world. May men and women of good will everywhere rally to defend religious minorities wherever they are in danger.

We ask all these things in Jesus’ name.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Saint Stanislaus, pray for us.

Will everyone please join me as we recite together the Pledge of Allegiance.

“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”

Please remain standing until the dress and grooming check have been completed.

Quote of the Day
The Quote of the Day today comes again from St. Francis de Sales, who advised us that: “We must never undervalue any person. The workman loves not that his work should be despised in his presence. Now God is present everywhere, and every person is His work.”

Thanks for your attention. Ametur Cor Jesu!
