Morning Announcements
Tuesday, March 12, 2019

Please stand for our morning prayer.

We remember that we are in the presence of God.

Let us pray together as a school community in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Loving Father, in the Gospel Jesus heals a demon that wouldn’t let a man talk. Jesus responds that all healing has to do with grace. I need your grace to resist evil, the evil around me and the evil I sometimes let into myself. Lead me not into temptation and deliver me from evil, especially when I don’t have enough interest or focus to resist it.

We ask all these things in Jesus’ name.

In the name of the Father, and the of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Saint Stanislaus, pray for us.

Will everyone please join me as we recite together the Pledge of Allegiance.

“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”

Please remain standing until the dress and grooming check have been completed.

Quote of the Day
The quote of the day today comes from Blessed John Henry Newman, who once wrote: “God has created me to do some definite service; he has committed some work to me which he has not committed to another. I have my mission — I may never know it in this life, but I shall be told it in the next. …I have a part in a great work: I am a link in a chain, a bond of connection between persons.”

Thanks for your attention. Ametur Cor Jesu!
