Please stand for our morning prayer
We remember that we are in the presence of God
Let us pray together as a school community in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen
Seventeen years ago today, before most of us were born, terrorists carried out a devastating attack in New York, Washington, DC and Pennsylvania. Today we remember the events of that day and the lives tragically lost with this special prayer.
In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen
God of comfort, we lift to you our prayer this day on the 17th anniversary of September 11. We ask you to surround us with comfort, protection and your Divine Providence. September 11 was a day when we as a nation lost so many. May we take this time to honor the women and men, and the boys and girls who lost their lives. When we struggle with the questions behind these events, help us to know that we are never alone. Guide us with the courage to know that when we stretch out our hands to you, we feel your embrace in the arms of our neighbor. May we always remember that we are one family in this world. Help us to know that our pain is yours; and the tears of our family fall on your heart. Guide us as a nation, and help your people to never forget how so many laid down their lives for their friends. Bring us your grace to hear the small voice of the one crying in the wilderness. Bring those who are suffering your comfort in our embrace.
We ask all these things in Jesus’ name. Amen
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Saint Stanislaus, pray for us.
Will everyone please join me as we recite together the Pledge of Allegiance.
“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”
Please remain standing until the dress and grooming check have been completed.
Tomorrow we will have a late take-in for a Faculty In-Service meeting. The first bell will ring at 9:50 AM. The buses will run on their regular schedule and someone will be on campus to supervise the students that have to arrive early.

Quote of the Day
The Quote of the Day today comes from Saint John Paul II, who wanted us to remember what God tells us: “Have no fear of moving into the unknown. Simply step out fearlessly knowing that I am with you, therefore no harm can befall you; all is very, very well. Do this in complete faith and confidence.”
Thanks for your attention. Ametur Cor Jesu!
