Morning Announcements
Wednesday, April 17, 2019

Please stand for our morning prayer.

We remember that we are in the presence of God.

Let us pray together as a school community in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

God of Love, through this Lenten journey, purify my desires to serve you. Free me from any temptations to judge others, to place myself above others. Please let me surrender even my impatience with others,
that with your love and your grace, I might be less and less absorbed with myself, and more and more full of the desire to follow you, in laying down my life according to your example.

We ask all these things in Jesus’ name.

In the name of the Father, and the of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Saint Stanislaus, pray for us.

Will everyone please join me as we recite together the Pledge of Allegiance.

“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”

Please remain standing until the dress and grooming check have been completed.

Quote of the Day
Today’s words of wisdom come from Helen Keller, an author who overcame deafness, blindness, and an inability to speak by ultimately learning to read, write and speak. She said, “Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experiences of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, vision cleared, ambition inspired and success achieved.”

Thanks for your attention. Ametur Cor Jesu!
