Morning Announcements
Wednesday, May 1, 2019

Please stand for our morning prayer.

We remember that we are in the presence of God.

Let us pray together as a school community in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

In the quiet of these first morning moments, Lord, I give you thanks for all that I have been given. May these gifts, which ultimately come from you, remind me that I need fear no evil and that I can freely share what I have, knowing that you will not abandon me in my need. Help me to be generous, especially with the time you give me in the form of this new day.

We ask all these things in Jesus’ name.

In the name of the Father, and the of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Saint Stanislaus, pray for us.

Will everyone please join me as we recite together the Pledge of Allegiance.

“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”

Please remain standing until the dress and grooming check have been completed.

Quote of the Day
Today is May 1st and in the Catholic Church, we celebrate the Blessed Mother in May. So the quote of the day comes from St. Thomas Aquinas once said, “As mariners are guided into port by the shining of a star, so Christians are guided to heaven by Mary.”

Thanks for your attention. Ametur Cor Jesu!
